How delivery is calculated

Prices shown in the Pro Store do not include delivery charges. The delivery charge is calculated when you place items in your basket. This charge is based on the postal service you select and the total weight of the items in your order. The weight of your items will be automatically calculated for you.

Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is despatched. Please check your confirmed account address for full tracking details.

Parcel Next Working Day 0 Kg – 1 Kg £7.00 The Parcel Next Working Day delivery service applies for orders processed before 2pm Monday to Thursday orders placed on Fridays before 2pm will be delivered Monday unless you opt for Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery and applies to 99% of locations in the UK.
For these orders, we will process and dispatch your parcel the same day. Any orders recieved after 2pm will be processed the following day.
Please note that our courier does not operate a guaranteed Next Working Day service. Their completion rates are extremely high, however, occasionally external factors can impact on their service.
The Courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays and in these instances orders will be delivered 2 working days later. This service includes online parcel tracking. Insurance for parcels is based on weight: standard liability is £12 per kilo gross weight. Extended liability can be purchased, please enquire for details.

Free delivery on online orders over £150 

Free delivery is available to our Pro customers when ordering over £150 after VAT online. This applies to UK deliveries only. Free delivery is a standard Royal Mail tracked service and has an estimated arrival time of between 1-5 days. Certain high value items are excluded from this offer and delivery costs for these items will be visible during the check out process.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

If you order before 2pm Monday – Friday, we will aim to process and dispatch your order the same day but at busy times, please be aware this may take longer. Estimates of delivery times are given in the above table. Please note that it can take time to deliver to certain destinations, so please give up to 5 working days for your purchase to arrive.

International orders

For orders with an international shipping address, a shipping charge will be provided when placing your order. Your shipping charges may vary according to the size and weight of your order, as well as the country of delivery.

International shipping charges provided by K.B Pro do not include any additional customs costs, taxes, or duties – charges may vary according to the country of delivery, its applicable legislation, and general inflation. It is your responsibility to make prompt and full payment of these charges to receive delivery of your orders. If you fail to make payment of such charges, resulting in the products being returned to sender, you must pay any additional costs before any refund or re-delivery will be authorised.

International deliveries are estimated to be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Customs processes and checks may vary and will be country specific. For countries that require additional importation documents, please ensure any necessary import checks are completed prior to placing your order.

K.B Pro will not be responsible for disruption with delivery services, or any additional costs incurred with delivery once the order has been shipped.

VAT FREE Disclaimer

Nouveau Beauty Group runs VAT FREE offers available on products on the NBG pro store from time to time. This is usually on a selected brand of products for a selected time period. Please sign up for our e-mail communications and follow us on social media (Twitter / Facebook) to make sure you find out when we are running such promotions.

VAT FREE The facts!

When we run a VAT FREE special offer promotion this means the total payable amount is the pre-VAT total of the order.  In order to meet legal requirements we must still charge and show a VAT amount on the order confirmation and invoice received. The VAT is shown on your order but this is at the pre-VAT total. All prices listed on the NBG Pro Store are displayed excluding VAT.

When purchasing items worth the value of £100 ex VAT, the total you would pay including VAT (at 20%) would be £120 Inc VAT. When purchasing items on a VAT FREE promotion, we deduct the price of the item down to £83.33. Then we add the VAT, so the total amount payable is £100 Inc VAT.

Other items purchased at the same time that are not included in the VAT FREE offer will be charged as normal with the VAT rate.

Returns

Our customer services team are focused on providing you with the best possible service.

They are available Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.

Order amendments

If you wish to amend an order, we will do all we can to assist you. However, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing you order.

Please bear in mind that orders are normally processed swiftly, so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. In these circumstances, it may not be possible to amend your order at that point.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled cancel your order within seven-days of making your order. If you contact us as soon as possible after placing you order, it may be possible for us to cancel it before it is processed (see contact details below).

Please bear in mind that orders are normally processed swiftly, so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. In these circumstances, it will not be possible to cancel your order at that point. Additionally, it may not always be possible to stop your order from being dispatched.

In order for us to rapidly process your request, it would be helpful if you had the following information to hand:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Date of order
  • Value of order
  • Payment method

It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item/items by packaging the products adequately and using a reputable delivery service that insures you to the value of the goods and offers a recorded service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless it has been received in damaged condition, if this is the case you will be reimbursed for postage. Please include a completed returns form with your item/items.

Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. This refers to Post Office deliveries only.

Returning or exchanging damaged items

It is important to us at KB Pro that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If any of your items are damaged, we will arrange a return or exchange for you.

If you have received a damaged item, please call customer services on 01977 655630 or email [email protected].

Our team will send you the necessary packaging to return the damaged item(s) to us. You must then return the item(s) to us (including the original packaging) within 7 days, clearly stating the problem with the order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 further working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. This refers to Post Office deliveries only.

We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your eligibility for a refund or exchange via email within a reasonable period of time. Please note, we will not be able to accept returned items if it is determined that they have been used. In such circumstances no refund will be offered.

In those cases where a refund or exchange is agreed, the refund or replacement will be made to you as soon as possible. For refunds and reimbursements for postage, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
